Who we are. AI Natives is responsible for your personal data. It is run by its co-founders Gleb and Evgeny, who both see the contact details of people who ask for a call, tick the email box or whom we contact for business. You can reach us at hello@ainatives.pro.

Browsing this site. We set no cookies. The only thing your browser keeps is the plan you ask the plan tool for, in this tab until you close it. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It tells visitors apart by a code made from the request, which Vercel resets every day. Vercel says visits can't be linked across days or sites. For each page view we see the page, where you came from, your country, region and city, and your browser, system and device type, but not your IP address. We can look at these counts for one month, and Vercel may keep them longer under its privacy notice. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we don't count your visit. Our host, Vercel, also processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the pages and keep the site safe. The server logs we can see are kept for one hour, and Vercel keeps its own records under its privacy notice. Basis: our legitimate interest in running and securing the site and in knowing which pages are read. To object to the counts, turn on one of those browser settings or email hello@ainatives.pro.

The plan tool. The job, the AI you pick and the data sources you tick are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to draft your plan. We don't store them. To stop misuse we hold your IP address in memory, normally for no more than an hour, to count requests. Anthropic usually deletes what we send within 30 days, and may keep it longer if the law or abuse handling requires it. Your browser keeps your last plan until you close the tab. Please type a job title only, never names or personal details. Basis: our legitimate interest in giving you the tool and preventing misuse.

Booking a call. If you book, Google Calendar gets the name, email and notes you enter. We use them to hold the call and send you a proposal. Basis: steps you ask for before an agreement. We keep them for 12 months after our last contact, or as long as we work together. If you become a client, we keep your contract and invoices for 7 years, as tax law requires.

Emailing us. hello@ainatives.pro runs on Google Workspace. We use your message to reply. Basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, and steps before an agreement. We keep it for 12 months after our last contact, or as long as we work together.

People we contact for business. If we write to you without you asking, we found your name and role on a public source such as LinkedIn or your company's website. We keep your name, role, company, LinkedIn link and, if it is public, your work email in our notes. We use them to write to you about our services and to remember if you asked us to stop. Basis: our legitimate interest in finding business customers. Our notes are kept in Google Workspace and with AI assistants that help us keep them, and some of these tools process data in the United States. We keep your details for up to 12 months after our last contact, or until you tell us to stop. Reply "stop" at any time: we delete your details and keep only your email on a list so that we never write again.

Evenings. If you register through Luma, we receive your answers and the link you came from. We use them to approve seats, run the evening, ask you to bring a colleague from your team and see which of our channels brought you. Basis: the seat you ask for, for approving seats and running the evening, and our legitimate interest in filling the evening and learning which channels work, for the other two. If you tick the box for emails, we also use your name and email to write to you about AI pilots and events, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We film only the talks on stage, by the speakers, and never guests. Recordings of the talks, and short clips from them, are published on YouTube (Google) and Instagram (Meta) and may be seen worldwide. We delete contact details on 19 May 2027 unless we are working together.

Who else handles your data. Google (Workspace and Calendar), Anthropic (Claude), Vercel (hosting), Luma and Eventbrite (events) and YouTube and Instagram (talk videos). Luma and Eventbrite, US companies, handle registrations under their own privacy policies. Google and Anthropic may process data in the United States, under the standard contractual clauses in their data processing terms. Vercel, a US company, hosts this site and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. xAI (Grok), a US company, also holds some notes about people we contact for business, under its own terms. Ask us for details of these safeguards.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@ainatives.pro and we answer within a month. You can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

No computer decisions. We make no decisions about you by a computer alone.
